來自泰國的修建師事務(wù)所 Chiangmai Life Architect 為Panyaden國際學(xué)校設(shè)計(jì)了一座竹體育館。在有機(jī)的現(xiàn)代設(shè)計(jì)和最新的工程技術(shù)中，修建師將自然質(zhì)料――竹子融入設(shè)計(jì)之中，締造了一個(gè)怪異的體育館。

Chiangmai Life Architect's Bamboo Sports Hall for Panyaden International School combines modern organic design,21st century engineering and a natural material ?C bamboo.

設(shè)計(jì)靈感源自釋教之蓮，這與Panyaden國際學(xué)校的教學(xué)理念息息相關(guān)：學(xué)校主張將釋教的思想融匯于一般教學(xué)之中，以教養(yǎng)學(xué)生的心性。

The design was based on the lotus flower as Panyaden International School is in Thailand and uses Buddhist teachings to infuse values into its academic curriculum and teach the underlying mechanisms of the human mind.

體育館的體量較大，能夠容納300名學(xué)生，而又與學(xué)校的其他修建，甚至內(nèi)陸的自然丘陵地貌相融合。修建師完全采取綠色低碳的竹子作為質(zhì)料，打造了一個(gè)擁有現(xiàn)代化體育設(shè)施的場(chǎng)館。

The brief was to build a hall that should be big enough to hold the projected capacity of300 students, but still smoothly integrates with the previous earthen and bamboo buildings of the school as well as the natural hilly landscape of the area. It should provide modern sports facilities and use only bamboo to maintain the low carbon footprint and the"Green School" mission of Panyaden.

場(chǎng)館占地面積782平米，設(shè)有五人制足球，籃球，排球，羽毛球場(chǎng)，以及一個(gè)機(jī)械升降舞臺(tái)。運(yùn)動(dòng)和戲劇蘊(yùn)藏室的墻面成為了舞臺(tái)的背景。在兩側(cè)的長邊地區(qū)設(shè)有樓座，可供怙恃及旅行者觀賞競(jìng)賽或是其他節(jié)目。

The hall covers an area of782 sqm, and hosts futsal, basketball, volleyball and badminton courts, as well as a stage that can be lifted automatically. The backdrop of the stage is the front wall of a storage room for sports and drama equipment. On both long sides balconies provide space for parents and other visitors to observe sporting events or shows.

自然透風(fēng)和良好的隔熱性能為室內(nèi)提供了舒適宜人的環(huán)境。與此同時(shí)，外露的竹結(jié)構(gòu)也成為了視覺的核心，展現(xiàn)著精湛的手工藝之美。

The design and material enable a cool and pleasant climate all year round through natural ventilation and insulation. At the same time, the exposed bamboo structure is a feast to the eye and an exhibition of masterly handicraft.

?竹結(jié)構(gòu)細(xì)節(jié)，the details

兩位自力執(zhí)業(yè)的工程師負(fù)責(zé)本項(xiàng)目的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)，包羅荷載計(jì)算及剪力墻設(shè)計(jì)，以確保結(jié)構(gòu)滿足風(fēng)荷載及抗震要求。在沒有采取鋼筋加固或是鋼節(jié)點(diǎn)毗鄰的條件下，設(shè)計(jì)師打造了一個(gè)跨度十七米的預(yù)應(yīng)力竹桁架。這些結(jié)構(gòu)構(gòu)件都是現(xiàn)場(chǎng)預(yù)制并由起重機(jī)安裝就位的。

The hall was designed with the help of2 independent engineers to modern safety standards of loads, shear forces etc. to withstand the local high-speed winds, earthquakes and all other natural forces.
The innovative structural design is based on newly developed prefabricated bamboo trusses with a span of over17 meters without steel reinforcements or connections. These trusses were prebuilt on site and lifted into position with the help of a crane.

Panyaden體育館實(shí)現(xiàn)了"零碳足跡"的成就：竹子所吸收的碳跨越了在制作、運(yùn)輸及制作歷程中的碳排放量。項(xiàng)目采取的竹材都經(jīng)過仔細(xì)挑選，并采取硼砂鹽處理。在處理歷程中沒有采取任何有毒的化學(xué)物質(zhì)。竹體育館的設(shè)計(jì)使用年限預(yù)計(jì)可達(dá)五十年。

Panyaden's Sports Hall's carbon footprint is zero. The bamboo used absorbed carbon to a much higher extent than the carbon emitted during treatment, transport and construction.

The bamboo was all well selected for age and treated with borax salt. No toxic chemicals were involved in the treatment process. The life span of the bamboo hall is expected to be at least50 years.
